Shipping & Returns
1. Domestic Shipping & Delivery
We charge a standard flat rate shipping fee of ₹300 for domestic orders. We provide completely free shipping automatically on all order subtotals that reach ₹8,000 or above, or on your first order. All shipments are dispatched through premium couriers via Shiprocket and are serviceability-validated at checkout.
2. Couture & Custom Tailoring Terms
Bespoke/custom-tailored ensembles (including customized blouses or pre-draped sarees) are strictly non-refundable once tailoring begins. Each piece undergoes multi-stage master quality checks before dispatch.
3. Return & Refund Eligibility
Returns are accepted exclusively in the event of a verified major manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours of delivery. Standard unstitched fabrics must be returned uncut, unaltered, and in original brand packaging with tags intact. Client is responsible for return postage.
4. Final Sale Exclusions
Please note that discounted products, sale items, and clearance purchases are strictly final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances once paid.
